Green bell pepper opens the palate as well, although black cherry, blackberry, eucalyptus, mocha and violet flavors wrapped in a layer of plush tannins and well-integrated acidity hold their own into an enduring finish.

- 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced from Cabernet grapes grown in the Jerusalem mountains. After a long, slow fermentation on the skins, the wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine has aromas of cherry, raspberry, and vanilla. Full-bodied with a long, balanced finish.
